storage tankIt is a newly designed heating and insulation storage device, consisting of a cylindrical stainless steel inner cylinder and a jacket to form a cylinder body. The outer shell is made of stainless steel, and a polyurethane foam is filled between the cylinder body and the outer packaging to form an insulation layer. It has a service life 20 times longer than glass wool, which is conducive to cooling and storage, and can effectively control the temperature difference within 2 ℃ within 24 hours. The tank is equipped with a blade type stirrer to evenly distribute the materials stored in the cylinder, and is also equipped with a temperature gauge and a cleaner to facilitate the measurement of liquid materials in the cylinder and the cleaning of the cylinder liner

Precautions for operation:

1. Before storing liquid materials, they should be strictly cleaned and disinfected

2. After the liquid material is stored in the cylinder, the mixer should be intermittently turned on to stir

3. After the material is released from the cylinder, all working surfaces, pipelines, plugs, etc. that come into contact with the material should be thoroughly cleaned, and no dirt should accumulate in dead corners. The cylinder body should be cleaned regularly to maintain a bright and beautiful appearance

4. Do not rinse the surface and interior of the cylinder with saline water to prevent corrosion of the equipment

5. The reducer, motor, and bearings should be regularly oiled and lubricated

Installation:

This device requires four foot bolts to be adjusted to the horizontal line or lower the discharge port before installing the inlet and outlet. When connecting the power, it is important to note that the mixing blade should rotate clockwise and not reverse

Usage and maintenance of purified water storage tanks:

1. Before using the storage cylinder, the cylinder must be washed clean with light hot water. Various materials enter the cylinder through the material pipe fixed on the cylinder head, or pour in by opening the cylinder head. The input materials should not be filled too full

2. After the storage is completed, the remaining materials in the tank should be drained and rinsed with warm water as soon as possible to brush off the attached materials. Then, the inner wall of the container should be cleaned with alkaline water at 75 ℃ -80 ℃, and rinsed with clean water for the next use

3. Regularly pay attention to the working condition of the entire equipment and reducer. When the lubricating oil of the reducer is insufficient, it should be replenished immediately and replaced every six months (40 # engine oil). When the equipment is not in use, be sure to clean the inside and outside with warm water, and do not rinse with salt water to avoid corrosion. Regularly clean the cylinder body to maintain a clean appearance and a bright inner tank, achieving the purpose of durability
